party poker

[The Simpsons (March 5, 1995); <x> = “urns”]

Used as a general substitute for booing.

From the otherwise unmemorable Simpsons episode where Jon Lovitz’s character from “The Critic” was a guest star.

Audience: Boo! Boo!
Burns: Smithers ... are they booing me?
Smithers: Uh, no, they’re saying “Boo-urns! Boo-urns!”
Burns: Are you saying “boo” or “Boo-urns”?
Audience: Boo! Boo!
Hans Moleman: I was saying “Boo-urns” ...

This macro was personalized by Sara Madole when she showed disapproval of her friend Jesse by saying, “Boo-esse.”
